Account & Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Suvadi account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Use the account deletion option inside Suvadi when available; or
Use the Contact Us page and select Account Deletion.
Provide the registered mobile number or email for ownership verification.

Data deleted

After verification, profile details and associated learning data not required to be retained will be scheduled for deletion, including applicable preferences, practice history and progress records.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes only as long as reasonably necessary.

Important

Deletion may permanently remove learning history, scores and progress. External app-store subscriptions may need to be cancelled separately.
