1. Nature of the Service

Suvadi provides educational and exam-preparation services including lessons, videos, practice questions, Previous Year Questions, mock tests, current affairs, explanations, performance analysis and related learning features. Features, content, subjects, supported examinations and availability may be added, changed, improved, replaced or discontinued as the product develops.

2. No Guarantee of Examination Results

Suvadi is a preparation aid. We do not guarantee selection, employment, qualification, rank, marks, examination success or any particular result. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including the learner's preparation, examination conditions and decisions of the relevant authorities.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity performed through it. Accounts and paid access are intended for the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, rented or improperly shared. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably detect fraud, abuse, security threats, unauthorised sharing or material violation of these Terms.

4. Content Accuracy and Updates

We aim to provide useful and accurate educational content, but competitive-exam information changes frequently. Questions, explanations, current affairs, syllabus references and other materials may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. Users should verify examination dates, eligibility, vacancies, syllabus changes, application requirements and official instructions directly with the relevant examination authority.

Where an error is reported, we may review, correct or update the content.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Plan price, validity and included features are displayed at or before purchase. Access to paid features is subject to successful payment and the conditions of the selected plan. Certain features may evolve during a subscription as Suvadi improves the service. Unless required by applicable law, purchasing a plan does not create a right to demand that every feature remain permanently unchanged.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

Suvadi's original software, design, branding, videos, explanations, question arrangements, analysis, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to MS IT Park Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users may access content for personal educational use only.

You may not systematically copy, download, record, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, distribute, create competing databases from, or commercially exploit Suvadi content without written permission. This does not restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the platform, introduce malicious code, misuse APIs, automate bulk extraction, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully or compromise other users' accounts. We may take proportionate action to protect Suvadi, its users and its content.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep Suvadi available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting or network failures, third-party services, security events, force majeure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may modify the platform to maintain security, performance and product quality.

9. Third-Party Services

Suvadi may rely on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, analytics, authentication or notification providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent failures or decisions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suvadi and MS IT Park Private Limited are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on educational content, changes made by examination authorities, third-party outages or misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful activity, payment abuse, infringement, repeated misuse or serious violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may investigate before taking action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law or business requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
